Who this is for
General contractors, facility engineers, and trade partners preparing penetrations in commercial slabs, tilt-up walls, and elevated decks across Northeast Ohio — especially when a miss would hit PT tendons, conduits, or structural steel.
How we work
Scanning is led by a CSDA GPR Certified principal (Concrete Sawing & Drilling Association), and Arcbound Logic LLC is an accredited, insured Ohio practice.
- Scope the scan grid from your drawings and proposed penetrations.
- Collect GPR data and interpret anomalies in context of slab construction.
- Mark safe zones and deliver a PDF report with GPS-tagged locations for records.
Starting rates
Concrete and structural GPR is typically billed at $175/hour; a two-hour minimum is often appropriate for meaningful coverage. Full pricing and insurance details sit alongside the rest of our GPR field-service standards.
