Scope & limitations
Deliverables vary by work order. GPR is interpretive: results depend on soil moisture, mineralogy, target contrast, and access. Our reports document what we can defend under the conditions observed—not a warranty that every unmarked facility matches as-built records.
Field markings. Many engagements include paint, flags, or chalk aligned to the agreed work area—so crews can see approximate routes and work points before excavation or coring.
Photos. When helpful for records, we capture context photos tied to marks or constraints (access limits, pavement type, clutter), as scoped.
PDF deliverables. For projects that include reporting, we provide date-stamped documentation suitable for GC packages, insurers, or municipal attachments—within the limitations section we include by design.
For standards-oriented readers, our GPR hub links practice context and further reading under standards & reading. For how uncertainty shows up in written deliverables, see limitations in GPR reports.
