designed for structured EV education and workforce training. It preserves the physics core —
real EV motion, motor, and thermal simulation — while adding instructor-controlled pedagogy,
fault injection, and module-based curricula.

EV Motion & Motor Simulation
Interactive simulation of EV longitudinal dynamics, torque delivery, regenerative braking,
and motor efficiency maps. Students observe real physics — not simplified diagrams.

Live thermal modeling of battery pack, motor windings, and inverter junction temperatures
under varying load cycles. Trainees learn to identify thermal runaway precursors and
proper thermal management strategies.

Instructors inject real-world faults — cell imbalance, BMS overcurrent, inverter gate driver
failure, thermal derating events, insulation resistance degradation — and students must
diagnose and respond using simulation telemetry.
